What are Live Guest Portraits?
The ultimate wedding entertainment! Guests will be thrilled to see their likeness come to life on paper in the form of a beautiful illustration. Live Guest Portraits are a fantastic form of entertainment that adds an elevated touch of elegance and luxury, and a wonderful, personalized way for guests to look back on the memories made.
Live Guest Portraits are created in watercolor, gouache, and ink, and portraits can take 6-10 minutes for an individual or two guests per paper. Each illustration includes an instant film photograph and a protective sleeve. Portrait papers can be customized to fit the vibe of your event, adding an extra special touch of customization to reflect your personality! For events within driving distance of Erie, PA, a television with a live feed of me drawing in real-time is available, allowing guests to watch the illustration magic from afar.
The Boutique Package
The Boutique Package offers beautiful live guest portraits for intimate events. Portraits are completed as guests arrive to my table, and leave at the end of the night with a bespoke self-portrait. This package is best suited for events with 50 guests or less. A set amount of spaces for guest portraits are allocated for the Boutique Package. All portraits are completed on site.
The Details
When your guests arrive to my live portrait table, I ask that they write their name on a sign up sheet and I will take an instant film photo of them to sketch from. Guests can mingle and dance the night away without having to sit at my station to be drawn, or, they can stay and watch the magic unfold! When the guest wedding sketch is complete, it will be placed in a protective sleeve along with the instant film photo, and will be put in a designated pick up area at my station - guests can check back throughout the night. Requests for portraits will be closed when the sign-up sheet is full.
The Boutique Package Includes:
• 5 hours of live guest portrait entertainment on site.
• A detailed consultation prior to your event.
• All professional grade media and protective materials for each portrait.
• Your names and event date printed or stamped on each portrait paper.
• An instant film photograph of each guest/couple included with each portrait.
• An assistant, if available, complimentary of the Artist.
• A live-feed monitor displaying real time drawing so that all guests can view and enjoy the live illustration experience. *

The Boutique Package
$2,800.00 USD
Complimentary coverage of travel, lodging, and fees for events in Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, or a 450 mile radius of Erie County, PA.
The Signature Package
The Signature Package offers a gorgeous live guest portrait experience for your event. Suited for guest counts higher than 50, this package offers additional studio time after the event to complete any remaining portraits, insuring as many guests as possible will receive a beautiful memento of the day!
The Signature Package Includes:
• A minimum 5 hours of live guest portrait entertainment on site.
• A detailed consultation prior to your event.
• All professional grade media and protective materials for each portrait.
• Your names and event date printed or stamped on each portrait paper.
• An instant film photograph of each guest/couple included with each portrait.
• An assistant, if available, complimentary of the Artist.
• A live-feed monitor displaying real time drawing so that all guests can view and enjoy the live illustration experience. *
• Completion of any remaining portraits, done after the event in my studio, to ensure as many guests as possible can receive a portrait.
• Complimentary shipping to the couple/client of any remaining portraits completed after the event.

When the guest wedding sketch is complete, it will be placed in a protective sleeve along with the Polaroid photo, and will be put in a designated pick up area at my station - guests can check back throughout the night. Any guest portrait that needs to be completed after the event will be taken back to my studio, illustrated, and those remaining portraits and instant film photos will be mailed to the couple/client after the event to be distributed.
If the Direct Guest Mailing add-on is selected, guests will be asked to write their shipping address on the back of each instant film photo, and then any guest portrait that needs to be completed after the event will be mailed directly to the guest as opposed to the couple/client.
Additional time can be purchased to give more guests the opportunity to receive their own bespoke, beautiful guest portrait during the event!
The Signature Package

The Deluxe Package
The Details

Guests can mingle and dance the night away without having to sit at my station to be drawn, or, they can stay and watch the magic unfold! The first hour of my time is typically spent capturing photos, and the remaining time is spent illustrating. When the guest wedding sketch is complete, it will be placed in a protective sleeve along with the photo, and will be put in a designated pick up area at my station - guests can check back throughout the night. Any guest portrait that needs to be completed after the event will be taken back to my studio, illustrated, and those remaining portraits and instant film photos will be mailed to the couple/client after the event to be distributed.
Since a limited number of portraits can be completed at the event, you will receive a set amount of VIP tickets prior to your wedding, to give to your most precious guests and ensure that they receive a portrait during the event.
If the Direct Guest Mailing add-on is selected, guests will be asked to write their shipping address on the back of each instant film photo, and then any guest portrait that needs to be completed after the event will be mailed directly to the guest as opposed to the couple/client.
Additional time can be purchased to give more guests the opportunity to receive their own bespoke, beautiful guest portrait!
An 18 x 24” watercolor painting is included in this package - this is completed before or after the event, of any subject matter of your choosing. For illustrations created before the event to be displayed at the event, a 3 month window before the event day is required.
The Deluxe Package is for those seeking all of the intricate details to make your guests feel truly special, as well as for those who are looking to have a piece of custom artwork created for themselves. Additional studio time is available to complete portraits after the event, insuring all of your guests who would like a portrait will receive one. Your most precious guests will be guaranteed their portrait at the event with VIP tickets included in the package. An 18 x 24” watercolor illustration is included in the package, completed before or after the event, to ensure that you also have a precious keepsake to remember your event by!
